(ANSAmed) - PARIS, JUNE 13 - Kofi Annan's plan for Syria
needs to be made obligatory, the French Foreign Minister,
Laurent Fabius, said during a press conference in Paris. Fabius
is to ask the Security Council to impose Annan's plan on the
basis of chapter 7 of the UN Charter.
