Italian Premier Monti in Europe to secure Euro

Today talks with Hollande on a solid growth agreement

(ANSAmed) - ROME, JULY 31 - Italian Premier Mario Monti is leaving Italy for an "European tour", with the objective of securing Euro and give a strong boost to growth in Europe.

"This will be the aim of my meetings with European leaders, starting today with talks with the French President Hollande. It is of the utmost importance that Euro isn't perceived as a factor of disintegration, this can be acheived carrying out what we planned in Brussels without any further delay", Monti is reported to say to Radio Anch'io before leaving for Paris.
