(ANSAmed) - PARIS, JULY 2 - Jordanian King Abdallah II will
meet French President Francois Hollande in Paris tomorrow to
discuss the Syrian situation, French government officials said
today. This will be the first time the two leaders meet. 'It is
an opportunity to emphasize the density and importance of
French-Jordanian relations, and the desire to give them a new
impetus', said French Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Bernard
Valero.
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius will also be present at the meeting between the two heads of state, following which King Abdallah will meet with Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault, National Assembly President Claude Bartolone, and representatives of the French-Jordanian friendship group in the Senate.(ANSAmed).
